The Management of the Hot Water Heater Division of Southcorp (Rheem) appointed PCG over competitor firms to provide professional services for the refurbishment and redevelopment of their Rydalmere manufacturing and administration facilities.
The existing structures and general site had attracted little investment or maintenance capital since the late 70's and required significant work to address the accommodation and facility requirements of Southcorp and the compliance requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
The scope of works included the refurbishment of the main administration building, site canteen, warehouse, car parking, roadways, gatehouse building and general landscaping.
