In 1992, PCG commenced the preparation of a strategic facility master plan for Pfizer Australia which resulted in a staged A$50 million redevelopment project. The project involved PCG providing Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management services for the redevelopment of the Pfizer owned site.
PCG's strategic master plan defined the form and function of the optimum accommodation, and thanks to Pfizer's philosophy of staff ownership of the project, PCG was able to consult with all key stakeholders and every level of employee.
On Thursday, 18 December, 1997, Stages 1 & 2 of Pfizer's new corporate headquarters were officially opened by the Australian Prime Minister, Mr John Howard.
