Building on their longstanding relationship Pfizer Australia asked PCG to review the dining facilities at Pfizer's head office located in West Ryde. The new catering outlet, the Pfizer Bistro, was to cater for 800 employees a day.
Working closely with the catering contractor and the client, PCG gained an understanding of their respective requirements for the 1,400m2 dining area. The resulting innovative design and construction method moved Pfizer Australia from a utilitarian style cafeteria to a warm bistro environment.
The bistro delivers a dining experience that meet and exceeds Pfizer Australia's expectations. The project was delivered on time and in accordance with the budget parameters to provide a new dining experience that is entertaining, interactive and flexible.
