Austar United Communications engaged PCG to consolidate call centre and telemarketing activities for all of its divisions (Internet, Pay TV and Mobile Telephones), at a new National Customer Operations Centre at Robina on the Gold Coast.
PCG undertook the role of integrating the space requirements for Austar within a new purpose built 10,000m2 commercial development including full interior design and project management services.
The result is an innovative and practical design providing an excellent call centre environment for 1200 staff on six levels with full training and meeting facilities, a state-of-the-art computer room and a staff canteen with a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
