PCG was engaged by AT Kearney to help achieve their workplace accommodation goals of increasing flexibility and communication, whilst downsizing and reducing the overall spend on real estate.
The project involved an assessment of AT Kearney's space requirements as there was a need to improve space density in line with AT Kearney's new international accommodation guidelines.
PCG was not only able to align the work environment with AT Kearney's business direction globally, but was able to ensure a more efficient workplace with more facilities and improved communication.
