Previously located across four seperate buildings within the Wollongong district, Hatch sought a new consolidated workplace across four floors in a yet to be constructed five storey building. Appointed to design, manage and construct the fitout and integrate with the base building, PCG provided services for Hatch's vision for their New Ecological Office.
Environmental outcomes encompassed rainwater harvesting; maximised access to natural light; reduced construction waste through increased recycling; water efficient fixtures and fittings; specification of environmentally friendly materials and furniture; improved internal air quality including night purge system; and reduced energy consumption including solar powered hot water.
