A property search in Sydney's financial precinct identified a newly completed building at 363 George St; with several advantages for Dresdner, including premium building services, an efficient floor plate and the ability to raise their profile through external and lobby signage.
The design solution involved an open-plan, clean-lined space, with multifunctional meeting rooms and an internal stainless steel and glass staircase and met the objective of increasing the level
and quality of communication between departments.
