Building on a 15 year relationship with Lion Nathan, PCG provided integrated property advisory, design and project management services to Lion Nathan for the relocation and consolidation of its two Sydney offices into a new Headquarters within a building featuring an 11 storey atrium. The 5,000sqm workplace reflects Lion Nathan's core value of ..."making our world a more sociable place"... and incorporates a 'social floor' with a working bar, cafe, formal and informal meeting spaces with an outdoor terrace overlooking George Street.
Additional features include a 5 storey internal staircase, promoting interaction between the various groups of Lion Nathan which have all been bought together into one workplace. The staff gymnasium and a variety of meeting settings all promote staff interaction and sociability.
