PCG was initially appointed by Origin to renegotiate their lease at 50 Bridge Street, Sydney. PCG recommended a market testing process that resulted in a relocation to new premises with more favourable commercial terms.
The new Origin workplace includes 4500m2 of space over three floors of the Australia Square Tower in Sydney and accommodates up to 320 staff. The design solution maximises the benefit of natural light and views and increases flexibility of use, by creating standard size office and meeting rooms that can be interchanged over time.
