Following Origin's acquisition of Sun Retail, Origin developed the Bond Program to manage the integration of Sun Retail's functions with that of Origin. One of the key components to the success of this program was relocating and increasing the customer contact centre function to handle the increased demand from Sun Retails existing customers.
Origin appointed PCG to work together with the Bond Program to ensure the successful delivery of a new 6,500m2 contact centre facility accommodating the different needs of the business as well as the recently acquired Sun Retail within one premises. Relocating from the existing Bourke Street contact centre to 271 Collins Street, would provide sufficient space for the ongoing growth and training requirement of the business.
